Wymondham-based Naked Marketing has acquired Active Marketing and Design as part of a plan to grow the business.
No details of the deal were disclosed, but Ben Handford, managing director of Naked Marketing, said the acquisition was a key part of Naked Marketing's continued growth plans with more developments set to follow in the coming months.
'This was a natural move for us,' Mr Handford said. 'There was a lot of synergy between the two businesses, both in services offered and ethos and values. We see this as an important step in the company's future growth plans.'
Active Marketing and Design was set up in 2006 by Kate Herren and Claire McDermid, who plan to move on to new opportunities following the deal. Mrs Herren said: 'We've worked very hard to establish a great level of service and professionalism for our clients, and through Naked Marketing we know that this will continue with the same positive results.'
