Acle Straight reopens after two van crash

The Acle Straight was closed for more than an hour tonight after a crash involving two vans.

Police were called to reports of a crash involving a VW Caddy van and a Renault panel van near to the Vauxhall Holiday Park at about 7.20pm.

A spokesman in the police control room said no-one was injured but the road wasclosed near to the holiday park to allow the vehicles, one of which is close to a ditch, to be recovered.

The road reopened at just before 8.30pm.

The crash resulted in queuing traffic.
