A driver arrested on the A47 at East Winch for drink driving gave a reading of nearly four times the legal limit.
The man was arrested by King's Lynn police after being stopped on Sunday evening.
Officers said the man was already disqualified from driving and wanted by the courts for another matter.
He gave a reading of 130mcg in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35.
