Motorists were told to avoid the A146 following a crash between a motorcycle and car near Loddon.
The Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service were called at 4.04pm, with the incident affecting traffic between Thurton and Loddon.
Officers for Norfolk Police said they were attending a "serious" collision.
Police confirmed the road has now reopened.
