The A140 at Roughton has reopened after a two-car smash left a patient with a suspected broken leg.
The crash took place at 6.44am this morning after a car rolled off the road outside Roughton Service Station.
Two ambulance crews as well as a first response unit and an Air Ambulance car were sent to the scene, alongside Cromer and Sheringham's fire crews.
The firemen then used hydraulic rescue equipment to free one casualty from their car.
Police shut the road in both directions, before reopening it shortly after 9am.
Insp James Makepeace, from Norfolk Police, said East of England Ambulance Service Trust paramedics were looking after a man with a head injury who was taken to the N&N for treatment.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance service added that they had also taken a patient to the N&N with a suspected broken leg, but added that no casualties were in a life threatening condition.
The cars involved in the crash were a black 4x4 and red Nissan Almera.
