The A140 was blocked in both directions after a crash at Long Stratton.
The crash, near Hall Lane, happened at just before 6.45pm today.
It involved a Peugeot 107 and a Honda Civic.
Emergency services went to the scene.
Firefighters from Harleston made a vehicle and the surrounding area safe.
The fire crew also gave casualty care and helped the ambulance.
The road re-opened at 8.30pm.
