The southbound carriageway of the A11 near Barton Mills was closed yesterday after a three-vehicle crash.
Suffolk Police said they were called at around 4.30pm to the crash, near to the Fiveways Roundabout.
The southbound carriageway was closed for recovery and lane two of the northbound carriageway was also closed, to keep officers working on the clear up safe.
A police spokesman said as soon as the scene had been cleared up, both carriageways would reopen, and there had been no serious injuries.
