Woman taken to hospital after crash closes A1067 at Lenwade in both directions

A woman has been taken to hospital following a crash between two cars on the A1067 at Lenwade.

Police and Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene, just past the junction for the Dinosaur Adventure Park, after the crash which occurred at around 4.20pm.

Fire crews from Earlham, Sprowston and Dereham attended and used hydraulic rescue equipment to remove a casualty from their car.

The road is closed in both directions and drivers are being urged to avoid the area.
