Raising a glass to ten years of Out There festival
To celebrate ten years of Great Yarmouth's Out There festival, Lacons brewers have created a special edition ale for the anniversary.
The ale has been brewed especially for the festival where it will be available at the Dril House and in St George's Park on the weekend of the festival.
Out There festival is celebrating its ten year anniversary this year and the festival of circus and street arts will be lighting up the streets of Yarmouth on the weekend of September 16 and 17.
Judi-mae Alderton, marketing manager at Lacons said: 'Being the Great Yarmouth brewery we're really excited to be supporting the Out There festival this year on their tenth year anniversary of the festival.
'It fills up Yarmouth on the third weekend of September. Which is full of arts and celebration and everything really. Circus acts and acrobats, so we're really pleased to be helping out and supporting them and we've brewed a special beer called Out There Ale.
'Out There is bold, fresh and full of sparkling ideas. We'd like to think we've created a beer that reflects this.
'We're really pleased to be working with Out There estival. It's a natural partnership. Both brands celebrate vital elements of the towns' heritage, but have successfully developed them in a contemporary fashion.'
Festival producers, SeaChange Arts were invited to the brewery for a tasting of the beer. The ale is a 3.9pc golden ale which will be distributed to pubs around Yarmouth and Norwich over the coming weeks. The beer can also be found at the festival in St George's Park and at the Drill House.

Festival goers will be able to enjoy the very best, world-class art and culture across the festival sites this year, then sit back and relax in one of our festival bars to enjoy a celebratory pint from the town's award-winning brewer.'
Out There festival is a family friendly weekend of comedy, skill and colour and since its launch in 2008 has gone on to establish itself as one of the UK's leading outdoor arts events.
The festival attracts around 50,000 visitors and this year's tenth anniversary welcomes 100 artists from more than ten countries.
