Fears were raised over light pollution before plans to extend a holiday let got the go-ahead.
Developers named in planning papers as Mr and Mrs Death have been given planning permission to extend the property at Holme, near Hunstanton.
They can now add two extra bedrooms, making a total of five, and a sitting room to High Road farm bungalow off the main A149 Thornham Road.
West Norfolk Council planning officers added a condition stating external lighting should be shielded, directed downwards and use low-energy lamps, along with not operating from dusk to dawn.

It came after Holme Parish Council posted a neutral response to the application, neither objecting or supporting it.
It said: "This application site lies within an area valued for its dark skies and biodiversity and if the borough council is minded to grant consent the parish council would like to see conditions to minimise pollution from external lighting."
It added Holme lies within the Norfolk Coast area of outstanding natural beauty and the area is coming under "increasing pressure" for development.
