Toad Hole Cottage is searching for a caterer to sell hot drinks, sandwiches and cakes from a mobile unit such as a trailer or converted horsebox.
The Broads Authority "envisage a suitable food offering would be cakes, traybakes, warmed pastries and paninis" rather than deep-fried food.
The pitch itself is in the gardens of How Hill right next to the picnic field and riverside moorings.
People interested in taking on the pitch should apply to the Broads Authority by October 30.
