A woman suffering with chronic health conditions has set up a new support group in a Suffolk town.
Sam Saunders has organised a non-profit support group, CLIMB, Chronic Life: Inspiring Minds & Bodies, which is set to meet for the first time next month in Bungay.
The group aims to support anybody with chronic illness as well as their families, friends, and caregivers.
In a post online, she said: "After being diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome - POTS - and endometriosis this year, I’ve realized how challenging it can be to navigate daily life without enough guidance and support."

She added: "There is a lack of support for these illnesses but they socially impact every area of your life."
She hopes the group will provide a space for people to discuss and help each other so no one is "left unaware of what to do" when they are diagnosed.

The group will meet every Thursday evening between 6.30pm to 7.30pm and will be alternating between two Bungay cafes: A Bit on the Side and The Burrow.
There is no admission fee.
The first session will be on October 10 at A Bit on the Side Cafe in Upper Olland Street.
The Burrow is in St Mary's Street.
