Free cooking sessions are returning to King’s Lynn.
Food for Thought, organised by Lily, a service owned and managed by the borough council, offers free family-friendly sessions to help residents learn cooking skills, swap recipes, and discover ways to eat healthily while saving money.
The 12-week programme will take place every Tuesday from September 17 at London Road Methodist Church, County Court Road, from 9.30am to 11.30am.
Jo Rust, cabinet member for people and communities, said: "These free sessions have already helped hundreds of residents in Downham Market, Hunstanton and King’s Lynn.
"I’m pleased to see them return to the town."

The sessions are open to all, with children welcome to attend with an adult.
Each week will focus on different themes, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, batch cooking, and festive savings.
Booking is not required.
The sessions will also offer the opportunity to taste food cooked by a professional chef.
