A father and daughter martial arts team have scored a hat-trick of medals at a European event.
Ian and Aoibheann Power, representing the Great Britain Martial Arts team, participated in the 2024 European International Martial Arts Games staged in High Wycombe, London.
Two days of competition in August saw a flurry of action with kata - forms - unfolding on Saturday and the kumite - fighting - taking place on Sunday.
Aoibheann, a Hellesdon High School pupil, missed out on a bronze in creative kata.
However, in a remarkable comeback, she cinched a bronze in the black belt category for traditional Japanese kata.
