A man was taken to hospital after a crash on the A148.
Police were called to the major road, near Watermoor Lane in Fakenham, at 7.50am following reports of a two-vehicle collision.
Fire and ambulance crews were also alerted and one man has been taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Motorists faced delays around the area but the scene has since cleared.
