Two cars crashed on the A47 eastbound near the Breydon Bridge this afternoon.
Police, ambulance and fire were called to the scene in Great Yarmouth just after 1pm.
Two people were transported to James Paget Hospital for further assessment and care.
Heavy traffic was been reported between the Gapton Hall and Vauxhall roundabouts and congestion has continued ahead of the evening rush hour.
