A major road was blocked on the edge of Norwich after a crash this morning. 

The B1150 North Walsham Road was closed at the Crostwick Lane junction in Spixworth with vehicles queuing in both directions from around 7am. 

The crash involved a motorbike and a car and the road was shut while emergency services attended the scene. 

The road was cleared at around 7.53am. 

The motorcyclist was taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with injuries.
