An 18-month-old boy was taken to hospital after his foot was caught under a car wheel.
Paramedics were called to Station Road, in Burnham Market, just after 11.30am this morning and the toddler was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said the boy's foot had been caught under the wheel of a car near to the Methodist church and he had bumped his head.
His injuries are not thought to be serious.
