17-year-old dies in crash
A 17-year-old was killed when his Hyundai left the road in Yarmouth at 2.40am this morning coming to rest in an area of wasteland overlooking the harbour mouth.
A 17-year-old was killed when the car he was driving left the road in Yarmouth at 2.40am today, coming to rest in the port authority yard overlooking the harbour mouth.
Edmond Fillette, of Gorleston, was travelling along South Denes Road from Yarmouth seafront towards the riverside in a black Hyundai Coupe when he lost control on the sharp harbour mouth bend, colliding with a temporary building.
A passenger in the car, another young man, suffered slight injuries but was not admitted to hospital.
