A road is set to close tomorrow for two weeks while resurfacing works take place.

Wisbech Road in King’s Lynn is undergoing resurfacing works which will see the old worn-out road surface replaced and the reconstruction of existing raised tables at the toucan crossings and speed cushions.

The red section of road surface at the start of the 20mph limit will be replaced with a large 20mph roundel painted on the road

The road will be closed between the cut bridge and Saddlebow Road and diversion routes will be in place for around two weeks.

Access to residents will be maintained where possible but some sections of the road will be unavailable for parking. During these times residents will be asked to park their vehicles at alternative locations.

In order to minimise disruption and reduce the duration of the road closure the works will be carried out during the day.
