When Kelly Cartwright collected her new car from Dingles Toyota in Norwich she found a special message on it from her parents.

David and Karen Cartwright, from Taverham, are proprietors of – suppliers of personalised ribbons and party products – and when Kelly went to Dingles in Delft Way, near Norwich airport, she found the pink ribbons wishing her ‘Happy Driving’ across the bonnet of her Aygo.

And her parents were so impressed by sales executive Alan Smith and the Dingles Difference, a customer service and aftercare initiative, that they bought a Toyota Prius for themselves at the same time.

And Dingles Toyota sales manager Sam Wyatt was so impressed with the ribbon that she is looking into offering the service to Dingles’ customers when they buy a car.
