Road near Attleborough set for council drainage works

Villagers east of Attleborough may face disruption to their travel plans, due to upcoming drainage works by the county council.
The work, costing £5,000, will start on or shortly after March 5 this year on Low Road, Bunwell.
A new pipe will be installed crossing the road from the existing ditch on the south side to the outfall pipes outside Gowers Farm Barn near Cargate Common. While pedestrain access to properties will be unaffected, motorist access may be restricted during working hours.
The diversion route for these works are as follows: C349 Low Road, C349 Cargate Common, C343 Mill Road, C208 Diss Road, C208 Fen Road, B1113 The Turnpike, U76004 Prince of Wales Road, U76004 Bunwell Hill, U76003 Low Common, C349 Low Common, U76003 Low Common, U76084 Bridge Road.
The Norfolk County Council has thanked people for their patience while the work is carried out.
