A road in north-west Norfolk will be closed for five days to allow for repairs.

Work will begin on Monday, November 12 to carry out repairs to the carriageway along the B1153 Brancaster Road / Mill Road between Docking and Brancaster. The work will take five days to complete subject to suitable weather conditions.

The site will extend from the junction with Dalegate Road northwards to near Mill House, Brancaster.

A diversion route via Burnham Market and Stanhoe will be in operation between 7.30am and 5pm each day.

Vehicle access to businesses and properties within the limits of the closure will be maintained from one end at all times.

Norfolk County Council would like to thank people for their patience.

The work which will cost £112,000 will be carried out by Norfolk County Council’s Community & Environmental Services Department and their contractors.
