Norwich motorists have described the “absolute carnage” in Norwich tonight as temporary traffic lights have been installed in the city.

Lights have been installed at the Ipswich Road junction with the B1113.

A motorist has reported that the road is gridlocked from the St Stephen’s roundabout to the B and Q turning.

“It’s taken me half an hour to do less than a mile, it’s carnage,” he said.
