A road between Fakenham and King's Lynn has reopened after a crash between a motorcycle and a van.
Police were called to the scene of the collision, on the A148, at 3.19pm.
The road around Harpley was closed, between Back Street and Lower Lynn Road.
Police remained on the scene until 5.25pm, when the road re-opened.
Police would not confirm how many people had been injured, but said casualties were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn for treatment.
One of the drivers was said to have been travelling from Massingham to Fakenham.
Motorists are being asked to avoid the area or find alternative routes. Traffic through Harpley remains congested, after Nethergate Street in the village was closed. Toward Houghton, Shipgate Road was also closed.
A Norfolk Fire and Rescue spokesman said two fire engines from Massingham and King's Lynn were called to the scene at around 3.30pm, leaving at 4.05pm.
