The BP filling station and Marks and Spencer outlet, alongside a new drive-through McDonald's, is currently under construction on land next to the roundabout junction of the A140 and A143 at Scole, near Diss.

The building of a new slip road off the A140 has seen one lane of the northbound dual carriageway, between the A143 and Scole roundabouts, closed until March 24.

Meanwhile the Scole roundabout has also been reduced to a single lane for improvement and maintenance work including the installation of chevron warnings to replace the existing damaged signs. New advance warning signs are also being installed for southbound traffic.

The £30,000 project also includes the replacement of damaged kerbs and gully grates and also carriageway patching works.
