Police stopped a driver on the A47 after they were spotted travelling at 144mph at Terrington St John.

A section of the A140 is currently closed due to a fallen power cable blocking the road.

Norfolk Constabulary said the road is blocked at Roughton, between the A149 and the B1436.

The force confirmed on Twitter that UK Power Networks are attending the incident.
