City soaked up early pressure from Louis van Gaal's side before catching out the hosts twice with slick counters, with Anthony Martial reducing the deficit for the Champions League qualifying hopefuls.

Alex Tettey sealed the win with a poked finish past David De Gea to cap an all-action display in midfield. Cameron Jerome also put his Everton miss firmly behind him to open the scoring after latching onto Nathan Redmond's pass.
