More bad news regarding the road to nowhere (the NDR).

I thought that the debacle over the incinerator over at King's Lynn was a one off. No doubt by the time we have had the customary independent investigation about this those found to be guilty/responsible for the huge overspend will be safely retired and drawing a large pension secure in the knowledge that once they retire they are absolved of any liability for the mess they have caused. And all for a vanity project for a government with a small majority; absolutely unbelievable.
