How on earth have the cycling public survived more-or-less intact all these years without the latest £425,000 scheme to provide cycle lanes? (Which the majority don't seem to use anyway).
Once complete, at least they will then be able to race about silently, listening to iphones through ear goggles in comparative safety.
Never mind the weeks of disruption, delays and despair inflicted upon the majority of the (tax contributing) road users. Transport for Norwich plan? What plan, where is the consultation? Who decided this was the best way to spend nearly half a million pounds?
