On Tuesday at 10.15am the information board in Barn Road showed that St Andrew's car park was full, so I parked elsewhere and deprived the city revenue of several pounds.

Having some spare time, I went up to the sixth floor at St Andrews and discovered at least 50 empty spaces. We have frequently found dozens of spaces when the board has shown just six or eight.

Is this a computer problem or human error? It has been going on a long time.
