Former offices in Norwich city centre are being unveiled as plush new apartments aimed at the investor buyer. Property editor Caroline Culot went to visit progress at Imperial House, Rose Lane where 36 new homes are for sale with agents abbotFox.
If you have driven, walked or more likely, thanks to the current roadworks, queued up Rose Lane into the city, you must have noticed all the work going on behind scaffolding as various former office blocks are transformed into luxury apartments.
The latest to be unveiled are at Imperial House where the first three floors have already sold off plan with the remaining floors offering 30 one-bedroom apartments, three two bedroom apartments and three studios. The properties are aimed at the investor market with prices starting at £125,000 and potential rental returns being £650 per calendar month.
The kitchens are all contemporary Italian cream gloss with integrated Italian handle less cupboards and drawers with Bosch appliances including cookers, hobs, extractors, fridges and washing machines with Porcelanosa bathrooms and bedrooms carpeted.
