If you have driven, walked or more likely, thanks to the current roadworks, queued up Rose Lane into the city, you must have noticed all the work going on behind scaffolding as various former office blocks are transformed into luxury apartments.

The latest to be unveiled are at Imperial House where the first three floors have already sold off plan with the remaining floors offering 30 one-bedroom apartments, three two bedroom apartments and three studios.
