If you are looking for a new pet, then look no further as the East Norfolk RSPCA have many animals that need a home.

The RSPCA East Norfolk Branch are pleased to announce that several of the cats from last week's appeal on the EDP website have found new loving homes.

Mel and Kim, Sassy, Penny and our long stay cats Annie and Alfie, have either gone to new homes or are waiting to be collected. This is amazing and we are so pleased that they have all found loving homes.

This week's cheeky bunch are:

•Louie - he is a handsome lovable chap and has the most beautiful eyes. Louie is around three to five years of age and had lived by all accounts out in the open. He certainly has settled down and loves the home comforts and a belly rub. He can have the odd moment so would be best in an adult home.

•Galaxy - a crazy cat who loves to chat and do the funniest things. She is only young but would also be best in an adult only home.

•Big foot - he is a tabby and white male and around 10 years old, Big foot has lived with other cats in the past but may appreciate some time to himself now.

•Stig - he was dumped in a car park of a local vets. He was just left in his cat carrier so we took him in. He is a lovely boy and was quite terrified at first, which is understandable. He can't wait for a home of his own.

•Kiwi is now our longest resident. She is the most beautiful girl and really in need of her own home. She would be definitely best as the only pet. She is five to six years of age.

•Elf is a young cat who has grown in confidence since being here. She is loving and friendly and just needs a new family that will care for her.

•Gino and Kassey are two golden oldies. They are both around 10 years old and are super friendly cats. It would be so lovely if they could go to a home together.

•Izzy is still waiting. She is a sweet girl and a bit of a character as you can see from her picture.

•Sonny is a 14 month old crossbreed male. He is a good boy and fine with other dogs. He has lived with other dogs in the past and is just waiting for the right person to come along for him. Sonny is a medium sized dog and likes to go for walks and to play. Hopefully this week will find him a home.

•Piggle is a beautiful black kitten. He is around 14-16 weeks of age now and looking for his home. Poor Piggle was poorly when he came to us and after vet treatment and lashings of TLC he has been given the OK by the vet to find a new home. If you like a cuddly cat who sits on your shoulder then Piggle is the man.

•There are many more animals still waiting, please feel free to give us a call.

All of our animals are examined by a vet, microchipped, vaccinated, neutered and on a flea and worm program. You can also get six weeks free pet insurance if you register on adoption.

If you would like to adopt one of our animals please call our rehoming line on 07867 972870 or visit our website for more animals or further information rspcaeastnorfolk@aol.com. There is a small adoption fee which just helps us continue our work and help another animal in need.
