Thieves have caused thousands of pounds of damage stealing lead from the roof of Blickling Church.
The theft took place overnight on Wednesday and Thursday from the south aisle roof of the medieval church, which stands next to Blickling Hall.
The damage allowed rain water to flood in, damaging pews, the floor and other items including the medieval brass of Sir Nicholas Dagworth the founder of the original Blickling Hall.
Anyone with information about the theft should call the police on 101
