Latitude is not just for big-selling worldwide artists as Daisy Victoria proved yesterday.

The singer, 24, from Yaxley, near Eye, was first on at The Lake Stage after being backed to perform by BBC Radio Suffolk's Introducing show.

Her strong vocals were supported by her guitar, bass work of brother Sam, 26, and drummer Jesse Barrett.

And it wasn't just on the music front where she had family support. Her grandmother, Madge, was handing out her Facebook details as Daisy played her shimmering indie.

Mum, Suzanne, said she is 'of course' her 'biggest fan' as dad, Steve, recorded every song.

With her EP Heart Full of Beef already released, Daisy is now looking to release more material later in the year.

If she keeps up her efforts and writes more quality songs she could be a name we will be hearing much more of in the future.
