Notice is hereby given that Broadland District Council intends, after the expiry of the period mentioned below, under the provisions of Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, to vary the fee for an Operator licence to £525.

This fee applies to a licence issued for a five year period; to vary the fee for an annual Private Hire Vehicle licence to £218 and the fee for a six month Private Hire Vehicle licence to £109. Copies of this notice will be kept at the offices of Broadland District Council, Thorpe Lodge, 1 Yarmouth Road, Norwich, NR7 ODU and will be open for inspection, free of charge, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, for a period of 28 days from the date of publication of this Notice. Any objection to the variation of the licence fees shall be made in writing to the Food, Safety and Licensing Team Manager at the above address by 31 March 2018. If no objections are received or remain outstanding on 1 April 2018 the new fees will come into effect on this date.
