NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE S.U.S. E.A. Ltd are to apply for a Premises Licence on lawned areas of UEA Campus, NR4 7TJ between Nelson Court and Broad.
The proposed licensable activity is all forms of regulated Entertainments, inc alcohol by retail and late night refreshments. 24 days p.a. between the hours of 10:00-23:00. On 8 of those occasions this may extend until 04:00. All events require permission of the land owner: U.E.A. Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to: Licensing Department, Norwich City Council, City Hall, St Peters Street, Norwich, NR2 1NH no later than 25th May 2018 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Norwich City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, during normal business hours or on the website www.norwich.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
