A Suffolk car dealer has been named the best Nissan franchise in the UK for delivering excellent customer service.
Hammond Nissan, in Halesworth, achieved the car-marker's customer quality award for its performance out of more than 200 other Nissan dealers, according to the latest quarterly results.
Dealer principal Piers Capleton said: 'We're delighted our strong performance is being highlighted. To achieve this award requires a highly-skilled and committed team of employees which we have in abundance at Hammond Nissan.
'Many of our staff have been here for 15 to 20 years so, as well as having a wealth of experience, they also get to know our customers extremely well.'
It continues to be a successful 12 months for Hammond Nissan. Earlier this year the Norwich Road dealership was presented with two Nissan customer quality Awards for its performance over continuous quarters. It was also handed the company's aftersales retailer aard.
