It might not feel like the ideal weather for camping but that doesn't deter the Fire Pit Camp in Wendling from welcoming in winter.

On Saturday, November 28 it will open a luxury Santa's Grotto along with a festive market and a party in their urban style warehouse space.

The unique campsite has been overwhelmed by the response to the venue, which this year was selected to make the Cool Camping Guide Book, as well as being chosen by The Independent as one of The Big Six Best UK Campsites and making The Guardian's Top Ten of the Best Places to Pitch a Tent.

Now, after a successful camping season this summer in their small meadow, which also saw two festival weddings take place and A Forgotten Foods Festival with Slow Food Anglia and Norfolk Food & Drink Limited, the team in Wendling have turned their attention to winter events and their new Warehouse Bar.

The Festive Market and party will be opened at 11am by local choir RockaVox from JDT Music and all ticket holders will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of mulled wine and children will get the chance to meet and feed the real reindeers Comet and Dancer who make an appearance between 2pm and 4pm.
