Headfirst are back with their biggest night yet - and who better to go large with than the Plump DJs.

Paying their first visit to Norwich, for Headfirst's three-room extravaganza tonight, June 23, at the Waterfront, Norwich, (10pm-4am), Plump DJs Lee Rous and Andy Gardener stole the show at this year's Breakspoll awards, winning three of their five categories they were nominated in as the breaks scene grows at a pace.

With three albums under their belts, the Plumps have continued their breaks, bass, squeaks and bleeps formula for funk on the dancefloor, including singles such as Creepshow, Soul Vibrates and Get Kinky in recent times.

This night is Headfirst's first Friday at the venue (previous midweek events have been rammed) and they will fill the three rooms with the combined efforts of fellow promoters Stuff, Beatfix, Twisted Skunk and Beats in Abundance.

Main room support comes from Tom Wilkes, Rosch-One and AP Syndicate.

Tickets have been going fast - any remaining ones are £12/NUS £10 in advance, try Soundclash, HMV, Philip Browne and the UEA box office, 01603 508050 or www.ueaticketbookings.co.uk.
