Her work includes colourful landscapes and seascapes inspired by the Norfolk countryside, as well as from her travels.

It is on display until May 11 at the Holt Road offices.

She said: “My artwork is now mainly in acrylic paint, usually with added texture and in colours which have been invented or exaggerated. It is often inspired by the countryside around the village where I live, with rambles along the rivers and coast providing endless subject matter.”

The gallery is open to the public 8.30am to 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday, 10am to 5pm on Wednesdays, and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays.

Becky Palmer, cabinet member for leisure and culture, said: “It’s great to see our exhibition space being used for such wonderful paintings.”
