Norwich arts venue The Garage has scheduled extra performances of its Christmas production after having to cancel two shows on Boxing Day due to one of the cast members falling ill.
The Garage has teamed up with All-In Productions to present My First Panto: Little Red Riding Hood this festive season and the show has been running since December 1. It is performed by three cast members and, when the actress playing Little Red Riding Hood fell ill, the venue had to cancel the two Boxing Day performances.
Adam Taylor, The Garage's executive director, said an understudy was drafted in for today's performances and that extra shows are to be performed at 3.30pm on Thursday and Friday. He said everybody who had tickets for the Boxing Day performances has been contacted and given the chance to change their tickets for another day.
My First Panto: Little Red Riding Hood runs until Friday and has been created especially for children aged one to five-years-old. Visit www.thegarage.org.uk
