Norfolk County Youth Orchestra is taking up residency at OPEN and is set to perform at least two concerts at the Norwich venue each year.
The official launch of OPEN's partnership with the orchestra will take place on April 18.
NCYO director Juliet Rickard said: 'We are delighted to have chosen OPEN as NCYO's residence. Its mission to make a positive difference to the lives of young people is clearly aligned to our own musical ambitions.'
OPEN's CEO John Gordon-Saker said: 'This is a very exciting partnership for OPEN that will not only bring in a new wave of young people to experience everything our venue has to offer, but will expose our own young people to a different genre of music.'
On July 8 the full orchestra will also be playing at OPEN and on July 27 the most advanced players will be joined by young musicians from Germany and Serbia. For free tickets to the launch event, visit https://opennorwich.org.uk/whats-on/gigs-events/residency-launch/
