Comedy acts will be showcasing their best jokes and musical entertainment to bring people together for Norfolk Day.
The Norfolk Comedy Festival will be taking place at the Green Dragon Tavern on Church Street, Wymondham.
It is being held on Sunday, July 29 - two days after the inaugural Norfolk Day - from 2pm.
The final gig - acts hosted by Hooma Comedy - will start at 7pm.
Stand-up comic, Martin Westgate, 25, who grew up in Norwich and set up Hooma Comedy, said: “This is the first time we have run a festival.
“I was very excited about Norfolk Day. I’m proud of being from Norfolk. It is nice way to celebrate Norfolk comedy.”
Mr Westgate now lives in north London but grew up on Norwich’s Heartsease Estate.
He has been performing stand-up comedy since 2016.
In 2018 he appeared on ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent television show.
“There is nothing better than making people laugh,” he added.
He started Hooma Comedy with Norfolk comedian Kahn Johnson in September 2017 at the Green Dragon Tavern. It also runs monthly gigs at KindaKafe on Castle Meadow, Norwich.
It showcases the best comics on the circuit and up-and-coming stars, including local acts.
