A range of food headliners will be heading to the festival this summer.
Amongst the big names in the food world appearing at the festival will be Street Feast who have become well known for transforming disused spaces in London into unique eating spaces.
It’s the first time they will be featuring at a major festival.
Jonathan Downey from Street feast said: ““This summer, we are very pleased to be bringing over 80 of the greatest street food traders (from London, Suffolk and around the country) to Latitude.
“We’ve made it our mission to create the freshest ever festival food line-up and our trader game is STRONG. Eat delicious and well-sourced food from dozens of different countries and cuisines – from pillowy soft Chinese bao buns to fiery Caribbean jerk chicken, and fresh Middle Eastern mezze boxes to mighty Mexican jackfruit tacos.”
Cooking sessions, food demos and sampling will also be on offer through the new Theatre of Food where bakers, mixologists, chefs and writers will all come together.
Other vendors at the festival will include wood-fired pizza makers Fundi as well as Venezuelan street food specialists Petare.
Meat feasts will come from Up in My Grill and Salt Shed who will be bringing their own unique styles to Latitude.
There will be burgers a plenty from vendors like Black Bear Burgers and Chuck Burger.
Brisket will be on offer from HotBox whilst Northfield farm will provide bacon and sausage rolls with Growlers bringing bavette steak and even mac and cheese from London based Anna Mae’s.
Mama’s Jerk, Luardos, Dosa Deli, Yum Bun, Club Mexicana, Kalimera,Baz and Fred and Laffa will also be providing food from around the globe.
Baked in Brick will be cooking wood fired pizzas from the bonnet of a 1964 Mini Cooper.
For desert Lickalix will provide natural ice lollies with Love Churros bringing deep-fried treats.
As well as eating food restaurant critic Jay Rayner will be presenting a special edition of BBC Radio 4’s The Kitchen Cabinet on the Thursday night with audiences encouraged to get involved and ask questions to those on the panel.
