Foundling, with support from Memum, are set to headline the Bicycle Shop in Norwich this Sunday, October 21.
Foundling is an evolution of Erin Lang's musical projects Erin Lang & The Foundlings and Feral & Stray which both included creative input from a collective of talented collaborators.
Based primarily in Berlin, Foundling have this year released Fault Lines, their latest album which showcases expansive soundscapes, layered vocals, deep bass and detailed instrumentation to create an indie art-pop sound.
Fault Lines is said to sonically and lyrically trace the ridges of canyons and the depths of duality, explore fissures in reality and the geological time maps mirrored in our bodies.
Foundling began working on the album after Marc Stebbing (Grand Avenue) attended a show in which Erin Lang was supporting Danish songstress Agnes Obel. The pair decided to collaborate and co-produce the new album which was worked on in Stebbing's studio in Berlin and the countryside studio in Devon where Lang made her very first album.
Tickets to the show on October 21 at The Bicycle Shop are available for £6 advance via Foundling's website.
