Fancy getting yourself behind the controls of a fighter cockpit? You can now. Sim-Fly Norfolk Combat have set up a simulation game where you can take control of a World War two aircraft.
They have recreated two Spitfire cockpits making them look as realistic as possible. The whole idea is aimed to recreate the Battle of Britain.
Sim-Fly held an open day on 11 June where around 200 people attended. Owner of the company, John Hoyte said: 'So many people came through the door and had a go, the feedback was really good and it was even difficult to get people to leave. It's great that there was a mixture of people from different ages.'
The Fly-Sim is based at Old Buckenham Airfield around 20 minutes away from Norwich. There's the choice of over 300 aircraft types to fly on the simulator, and five different nations: Britian, America, Germany, Russia and Japan.
