There are few town centres which have such a picturesque Mere as a backdrop, combined with amazing natural assets.

Sadly, although it is undoubtedly appreciated by those who live in Diss, it is something people outside know little about.

Today, with the launch of our Enjoy Diss More campaign, that is what we hope to change.

Many people pass Diss on the A140 or the train and wonder what is there. As part of this campaign we will feature the best bits to encourage you to stop off and take a look - because we’re confident that if you do, you’ll be impressed.

But this is a different sort of campaign, because we want to start a conversation - in person and online - about why we should all love Diss.

Please join in the debate - and continue to shout about Diss for the weeks, months and years to come.
