These tennis courts would be a tragic loss to Norwich if funding isn't found.

Older people and those with knee injuries find grass courts much easier to play on and many people wait for the summer months and the opening of these courts to play tennis.

There are plenty of hard courts available and in walking distance of Heigham Park at Eaton Park. If money for more hard courts was available there are park areas on the other side of the city, Waterloo Park for instance, that would be used by local residents who have little recreational provision.

Could the exact costs of the current grass tennis courts at Heigham Park be made public, please? Then we, as local residents, would have a precise idea of the costs involved.
