• Gas and Heating Engineer
The organisation is recruiting for a full-time, fully qualified, Gas and Heating Engineer who will join the current heating team and work efficiently and effectively to help customers. Candidates should have previous experience and qualifications (CCN1, CEMWAT, HTR1, CPA1, UVHWS and EEDH) within renewable heating systems and must be able to carry out servicing, gas repairs, breakdowns and installations in accordance with the Association’s procedures and regulations. Applicants must also possess good written and verbal skills, be computer literate, work well individually as well as part of a team and be confident at problem solving. The position will pay between £26,692 and £29,332 per annum and benefits will include a company van and 22 days annual leave, which increases by a day per year of service to a maximum of 27 days.
• Head of Repairs Service
A Head of Repairs Service is also required within the organisation to help manage and improve the delivery of planned and responsive maintenance services. The role, which will pay between £48,364 and £53,148 per annum, will have a strategic focus and the successful candidate will work closely with the Operational Supervisors to ensure optimal Service Delivery. The ideal candidate for the position would be a motivated and quick-thinking individual, who has experience of developing, implementing and managing house repairs, maintenance services and asset management strategies.
• Senior Administrator (HR Services)
Broadland Housing Group are looking to add a highly experienced Senior Administrator to their current HR team, to head up the administration support service and be responsible for the delivery of day-to-day tasks. Applicants should be professional, confident and customer-focused and hold a minimum of three years administration experience as well as line management experience. The full-time position will pay between £20,450 and £22,472 per annum.
• Estate Services Operative
This full-time role, which offers a salary of between £17,218 and £18,921 per annum, is intended to provide a direct grounds maintenance service provision to the Association’s properties and estates. Applicants should be motivated, knowledgeable, well spoken and be able to communicate well. They must also work well under supervision, on their own and as part of a team and be prepared to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
• Legal Services Intern
The final position is for a Legal Services Intern, a role which would be ideal for a recent Property or Contract Law Graduate seeking hands-on experience. The internship will pay between £16,000 and £24,000 and the successful candidate will assist with the analysis and reporting of legal information relating to the organisation’s property portfolio. Applicants should possess good attention to detail and be highly methodical in their work.
